Transfer of applications to other persons

We allow the transfer of paid applications from one person to another as long as it is done in the correct way and done before registration of the relevant race.

First and foremost we require an email from the person transferring his/her application, consenting us to carry out the transfer. Ideally the person to whom the application will be transferred to, will also be copied.

The person to whom the application is being transferred is to apply on-line  (on the waiting list if applications are closed) and in the Comments field is to insert 'Instead of Name Surname' of the person from whom the applicantion is being transferred.

When the application form is completed, select submit but do not continue with the payment.

Any payments are to be carried out between the 2 persons transferring the application.

Once received, the old application will be cancelled and the new application confirmed.
