This has been the first Kids Race Series organised by the Malta Marathon. The series comprised of 3 races, the 2022 Attard 2.25K, the 2022 LRC 2.5K and the 2022 Zurrieq 1.5K.

To qualify for the Kids Race series awards, the athlete must have participated in each of the 3 races. The times of the 3 races have been aggregated to establish the winner of each age category.

The winners of each age category of the 1st Malta Marathon Kids Race Series are:

M13-15 Ishmael Grima - Shamrock Stars

M10-12 Ethan Cumbo - Agones

M7 - 9 Kruiven Farrugia - Team Fabio

F10-12 Martina Scicluna - No Team
